I am going to try to post this comment on the relaxation time we had.
It usually takes me a while to wind down, calm my mind and begin to relax. During the segment, I did feel relaxed, finally. My arms and legs were so heavy. I concentrated for the first time on sending the blood from the abdomen to my foot which was hurting badly at the moment, then I changed to the parts the gentleman was suggesting I go to. I did feel the heaviness, not wanting to move my arms and legs. It felt so good to be so relaxed, if only for a few moments. I really need more of these guided tours to relaxation. More visual guides to mind-body connection and getting a sense of wholeness going on in my life once again.
